What data and why

Through the contact form you provide your name, email address and, optionally, your company name, phone number and enquiry. I use this data only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare an offer if requested.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long

I keep contact form enquiries for 12 months after they are sent - after that they are deleted automatically. If we start working together, the data needed for the cooperation is kept for the period required by law. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Recipients

The website and the form are run on Cloudflare, Inc. services (Cloudflare Pages hosting and the Cloudflare D1 database where enquiries are stored). Data may also be shared with the email provider, LH.pl Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań. Data processing agreements are in place with these providers.

The enquiry database is stored in the European Union. Cloudflare may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Cookies

This website stores one first-party cookie: cookie-consent. For 12 months it remembers your choice from the banner (accepted or rejected, the date and the banner version) so that you are not asked on every visit. The website does not currently use cookies for statistics or advertising. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer.
